Lund

Lund is a medieval town a short (but expensive) train ride from Malmö, and a true delight in every way. We travelled on a train that should have been taking us to Ystad, i think 🙂

Lund’s twelfth century cathedral is famous and much visited

The crypt is in its original state but the current art exhibition is obviously not original to the building

Even those without gardens in this pretty town, find a place for flowers

Locals are justly proud of their home 🙂

There were some museums we could have done but neither of us were in the mood. Instead we walked our feet off the public gardens in Lund and back in Malmö, making the most of the very nice warm weather, which is set to continue in Stockhom, we hope.
